The lower end of Tory street has been riddled with disruption around the demolition of the Wilson's carpark building after the earthquake on Nov 14th. Check out our Facebook page if you want to see regularaly updated pics and short video clips of the demolition.
We were in and out of our Tory street location 3 times in the end and the third time was for 'at least 3 months.' During this extremely uncertain and tiring process and combined with the end of year we've said goodbye to a few of our staff members like Bianca Andrews and Samantha Batchelar while others are doing less hours.
While looking for a temporary premises to relocate to we stumbled across the old Courtenay Medical site at Level 1 36 Allen Street. We're above the BNZ on Courtenay Place and you'll find ample parking around, it was as though this site was purpose built for us. Already divided into 3 treatment rooms and an ample staff room plus the most divine and professional looking reception area. All the rooms are pre-fitted with running water and air conditioning units and once we've given it a bit of a face-lift with new paint this place will feel like we've been here for years already and whats more - no more low cielings!! Our Physiotherapist Davide Castorina is dancing for joy at being able to conduct a consultation unhindered by cieling height and although *some of us will miss feeling taller than we really are, we think this is a pretty good thing! We're excited about the downsize and the new location and all of us that are left are ready for a high-energy 2017!
Our new space feels professional and spacious without feeling too open and is noticably quieter than our Tory Street location. We've very excited to show you around so click the link at the top of the page and make your next booking today.
